CARING FOR YOUR FURNITURE      

To clean and maintain your furniture, we recommend simply wiping wood surfaces with a damp cloth as needed.

For light marks and stains on wood components, a mild abrasive such as toothpaste may be used. For superficial scratches to wood finish, we recommend Tibet Almond Stick scratch remover.  After years of use, a treatment such as Milsek Furniture Polish, may be used to restore the luster of wood components.

If your wood has a hand-rubbed oil finish*, use interior Rubio Monocoat Soap for cleaning and Rubio Monocoat Renew for maintaining the finish. Please visit www.rubiomonocoatusa.com for more details. 

*Check your sales documents or contact the office if you are unsure of your finish. Typical finish for wood components is a clear catalyzed lacquer. Oil is a custom finish.

To clean metal components simply use a dry or damp cloth and mild soap as needed (try to avoid soap unless necessary).  Do not use abrasives to clean or maintain any metal components.
